Client Experience Officer
Client Experience Officer Patrick Morris joined the Grey Ledge team in 2019, bringing 15 years of professional experience in operational accounting and corporate finance to the team.
In his role as client experience officer, Patrick’s focus is on the overall operations of the firm’s Retirement Services Group. He ensures Grey Ledge Advisors’ commitment to providing a first-class client experience. Patrick also oversees the new client onboarding process for new plans and participants — ensuring a seamless process throughout.
Outside of work, Patrick is an avid snowboarder and has tackled mountains in seven states. He has a passion for music, playing the saxophone and serving on the Board of Trustees for the Community Music School in Centerbrook. He also enjoys golf, going to concerts, and spending time on the beach with his family.
A native of Orlando, Patrick moved to Connecticut in 2005 and currently lives in Ivoryton with his wife, Jodi, and their two sons. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport and is pursuing a CFP© Certificate in Financial Planning and Services from Bryant University. Prior to joining Grey Ledge, Patrick spent more than a decade providing professional accounting services in a number of industries — including a Fortune 200 oil company.
