President and Chief Executive Officer Kenneth R. Russell, Jr. draws on nearly four decades of professional experience in financial and investment management to dynamically lead Grey Ledge Advisors’ team of passionate professionals. Throughout his career, he has provided entrepreneurs and investment clients advice in investment and asset allocation strategy, estate planning, and pre- and post-sale transaction planning.
Ken is fiercely devoted to the Fiduciary Standard rule, which ensures that all Grey Ledge clients have confidence that their advisors act prudently and will always put the client’s best interest first. Through Ken’s devotion and leadership, the Grey Ledge team is squarely focused on providing customized investment solutions and wealth management advice that assists clients in navigating both the joyful and challenging transitions in their financial lives.
Ken is a longtime resident of Wallingford, and when not at the office, he can be found enjoying the outdoors and the Connecticut shoreline — boating and fishing in Long Island Sound, or just enjoying his summer home in Old Lyme. Ken also enjoys hitting the links, but believes his golf game “is designed to make others feel better about theirs.”
Ken is a graduate of Rutgers College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, and holds an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University’s Leonard Stern School of Business. He is active in many charitable causes and is currently on the Board of Directors of LEAP in New Haven.
Prior to joining Grey Ledge Advisors, Ken was a Managing Director and Market Director for US Trust (Bank of America Private Bank) in New Haven. Other previous positions include President of the New England region for GenSpring Family Offices, a multi-family office providing investment and tax advice to ultra-high net worth families, and Managing Director at J.P. Morgan Chase Private Bank.

Senior Vice President Scott Albraccio joined Grey Ledge Advisors in January 2021 through the merger with CTMA, bringing his more than 30 years of experience in the credit union and insurance industries to the team.
In his role, Scott works extensively with the principals of closely held businesses to advise them on the creation of, and management of, executive benefit plans and retirement funding solutions. He has a unique ability to help clients bring something that may be 30 years down the road into their current perspective. Scott’s goal, in any conversation, is to have people walk away armed with more information than they started with and help them apply that knowledge to the advancement of their financial goals.
A father of three, Scott was heavily involved in youth sports in his community. He has been a youth hockey coach and served as Vice President of the Wallingford Hawks Youth Hockey Program. He is also an avid outdoorsman.
Scott attended Quinnipiac University where he studied Marketing and Business Management. Prior to working for Grey Ledge and CTMA, he was employed by CUNA Mutual Group for nearly 20 years — as Sales Manager, and as Business Development and Marketing Manager.

Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Strategist Brant Walker joined Grey Ledge Advisors in 2012 bringing with him decades of big bank experience paired with small-town community values.
With nearly 40 years of experience as an investment management professional, Brant has developed a knack for constructing well-diversified portfolios focused on high-quality value investments. While many firms outsource their portfolio management and construction, Brant believes that client interests are best served by an experienced team of in-house resources and intellectual capital.
Outside of work, you might find Brant in the garage under the hood of a project car — he wishes he still owned his 1970 Buick Gran Sport convertible. He also loves spending time with his family. Brant is passionate about working with and giving back to the community — often cooking and preparing meals for members of his church community.
Born and raised in Indiana, Brant is a 1983 graduate of Purdue University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. A Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Anthony has a duty to place his clients’ interests first when recommending solutions to help them reach their important financial goals. He also understands the importance of asking a lot of questions — the answers to which help him get to know his clients and understand their most important life priorities. This allows him to create a customized plan tailored to each client’s specific needs. Many of Anthony’s clients are at or nearing retirement, and he takes pride in being able to offer them the peace of mind that comes with their vision of a fulfilling retirement.
Outside of work, Anthony loves to cook (he makes a top-notch Sunday sauce), and he considers it a great way to spend quality time with his two children. Attributing his culinary skills to his grandmother, Anthony believes it’s important to keep the family’s traditions alive. Anthony is also passionate about fitness and nutrition and loves to travel — with a trip to Italy next on his list.
Anthony graduated from Southern Connecticut State University — where he also played for the baseball team — and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics. Prior to joining Grey Ledge, he worked for both small and large firms, including Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he was a Financial Solutions Adviser.
