Analyst/Client Experience Administrator
Client Experience Administrator and Analyst Mackenzie Johnston joined the Grey Ledge team in 2020, after a three-year stint in retail banking with our parent company, GSB, bringing with her an acumen for customer service, analytic support, and process management.
In her role as client experience administrator, Mackenzie supports our team of advisors by helping onboard new clients, establishing accounts, processing transactions, and performing account maintenance — ultimately ensuring every client has a smooth and positive experience. She is a problem solver, a facilitator, and an analyst — and delivers top-notch customer service to our clients.
Born and raised in Guilford, Mackenzie graduated from the University of New Haven with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a double minor in Accounting and Economics. Away from work, Mackenzie enjoys spending time with her family and her beloved dog Indy (named after Indiana Jones). She loves spending time on the coastline and aspires to become a seasoned traveler — with a particular desire to visit Scotland.
