Alexander Eszterhai joined Grey Ledge Advisors in 2023, bringing his passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals through diligent and engaging client support to our team.
As a Client Experience Administrator, Alexander works directly with our clients to facilitate their needs as they work toward achieving their financial goals. Understanding that every Grey Ledge client has different needs and circumstances, he has developed a highly personalized approach to providing excellent customer service.
Outside of work, Alexander has a number of hobbies, including skateboarding, snowboarding, and fixing old cars. Interestingly, Alexander has memorized the first 100 digits of the mathematical constant, pi.
Alexander graduated from the University of Connecticut with a double major in Economics and Psychology. Originally from Black Rock, Alexander currently lives in East Haven with his cat, Shadow.

Lisa Svendberg joined Grey Ledge Advisors in 2023 to serve an incredibly important role — keeping our team organized, energized, and functioning effectively and efficiently.
As our Office Manager and Executive Assistant, Lisa often serves as the first point of contact when a client or prospective client calls or visits our office, and she makes sure everyone receives a warm greeting and is directed to the best resource to meet their needs. She is highly experienced in the wealth management industry and takes great pride in developing meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys a wide variety of activities, including decorating, arts and crafts, and gardening. You can often find her at local fairs and festivals or dining out at some of her favorite restaurants. Interestingly, Lisa once served as a hand model for a large manufacturing company; demonstrating the use of surgical instruments.
Lisa came to Grey Ledge Advisors with 30 years of experience in administrative roles for banking and financial institutions, including People’s United Bank, NewAlliance Investments, and RBC Wealth Management. Lisa currently lives in Morris Cove, New Haven, with her husband and two cats.

Client Experience Administrator and Analyst Mackenzie Johnston joined the Grey Ledge team in 2020, after a three-year stint in retail banking with our parent company, GSB, bringing with her an acumen for customer service, analytic support, and process management.
In her role as client experience administrator, Mackenzie supports our team of advisors by helping onboard new clients, establishing accounts, processing transactions, and performing account maintenance — ultimately ensuring every client has a smooth and positive experience. She is a problem solver, a facilitator, and an analyst — and delivers top-notch customer service to our clients.
Born and raised in Guilford, Mackenzie graduated from the University of New Haven with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a double minor in Accounting and Economics. Away from work, Mackenzie enjoys spending time with her family and her beloved dog Indy (named after Indiana Jones). She loves spending time on the coastline and aspires to become a seasoned traveler — with a particular desire to visit Scotland.

Operations Analyst Deb Kirby joined the Grey Ledge team in 2018, bringing more than 20 years of professional experience in the residential mortgage industry.
In her role as operations analyst, Deb works with our retirement services, client experience, and compliance teams to ensure that every client receives the level of personal and proactive service they have come to expect from Grey Ledge Advisors. She is driven by her passion for helping people — both our clients and the members of the Grey Ledge team — and by her acumen for solving unique challenges.
Deb is a devoted fan of the Red Sox and, with her two adult children living in the Boston area, she is fortunate to attend many games at Fenway Park. In her spare time, Deb enjoys gardening, golfing, going to Rhode Island beaches, or just sitting outside beside the pool.
Deb earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Rhode Island. She currently lives in her hometown of Madison, with her husband and their yellow Lab.
