President Michael Schulitz, CFP^® and CAIA^®, has over thirty years of professional experience in financial planning and investment management. He is excited to assume the leadership responsibility for the Grey Ledge Advisors’ team of financial professionals. Mike believes that as a fiduciary it is his duty, and the duty of everyone at Grey Ledge Advisors, to serve clients first, last, and always. Throughout his career, he has provided business and wealth management clients advice on financial planning, investment management, and business retirement plans.

Mike is currently a resident of Simsbury but is looking forward to embracing all the new adventures the Connecticut Shoreline has to offer. When not at the office, Mike enjoys golf, kayak fishing, hiking, and cycling.

Mike is a graduate of Union College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and holds an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University’s Leonard Stern School of Business. He is a Certified Financial Planner^® professional and a Chartered Alternatives Investment Analyst^®. ​He is active in numerous charitable causes and currently serves on the Town of Simsbury Sustainability Committee. 

​Prior to joining Grey Ledge Advisors, Mike served in a variety of senior leadership and client-facing roles at RMC Investment Advisors, Voya Financial, Lincoln Financial Group, Wilshire Associates, and Ivy Investments.
